Harris Raff
"Burnin’"
A Burnley-rooted original with enough local identity to earn a place on BBC Lancashire Introducing, Burnin’ is a strong addition to the county’s growing crop of independently released music.
British Birds
"Lie Down With Dogs, Stand Up With Fleas"
Chorley’s British Birds combine jangly psych-pop, DIY production and off-kilter melodic hooks, with Lie Down With Dogs, Stand Up With Fleas offering another taste of their distinctive homemade sound.
Pyramid Eyes
"Slowdown"
Slowdown sits in Pyramid Eyes’ experimental electronic world of ambient textures, glitchy beats and cinematic atmosphere, somewhere between electronica and post-rock.
Hauspoints
"FFS"
Lancashire outfit Hauspoints return with FFS, continuing their knack for slightly skewed, culture-soaked alternative songwriting and giving the local scene something that sits well outside the standard indie-rock template.
